45 gr cast bullets in 223

I just cast a bunch of bullets with
the one 225 47 rf mold.12 twist barrel.
Trying to decide if I want to powder
coat or lube. They are gas check design.
Help me to decide,lol..johnny

I had a 22cal 50gr RF cast bullet that gave me fits when seating, I'd get exaggerated runout, on a inconsistent basis, I found it to be the Lee seater die. That was the event that had me replacing all my rifle caliber Lee seater dies with Forster BR seater dies. So, if you are using a Lee seater die, check your runout.
