I sent mine packing also. That was 42 years ago. Sure did solve a great many problems. Well for me anyway, dunno about for her.

My first boss married and divorced the same woman 3 times!
I got a keeper that likes to cook.
I like to eat, so it works out all the way around.

Since the weather has been gettin nice here & the birds are singing ....figured I would get to work repairing the 4 bird houses that came down over the winter....that have been sitting on my work bench.
Got 3 finished but the 4th needs more work so I will finish that tomorrow and then repaint all the new bare wood ( except for the red wood house)

Workin' trying to keep 6 ft away from people. Sanitize and wash hands often. Avoid face.
Everything seams to take a lot longer, that way. I think when everyone finally comes on board things will go a lot smoother.
Too start with. I am kinda of a do not touch me. Do not crowd me, or get in my face, guy. So I am lovein' the 6 ft rule.

The Red Tipped Photinias are in full bloom and so are my eyes and nose!
Allergies seem to bother me more now than they used to.

Got just over 12 pounds of 9mm powder coated and sized. Switched the Dillon over and loaded up about 30 rounds to test for function in the three different guns. Trying Universal for the first time in this caliber.

I guess I shouldn't complain. This is nuthin' compared to what Ian is going thru.

I got the bad oak allergies again too, started Monday. Yay.

Normally I watch the trees close and start the Allergena homeopathic drops before the blooms mature but I've been distacted and the grocery store that sells them has been a madhouse for weeks. Anyway, I finally got the drops and am catching up to the curve. Been out in it all day long with gusty wind and sunshine and am just now getting bad congestion again this evening.

I got to shoot an M1 rifle today, with cast bullets! Old 1943 rack-grade warhorse that had been loved on by the CMP and its new owner and delivers sub-moa groups at 100 yards with occasional flyers. What a joy to shoot with those PERFECT issue aperture sights!

My .38 Special load with the new Accurate lightweight DE wadcutter grouped well but printed annoyingly low and to the right out of the Victory Model 10 so I'm going to have to adjust powder charge or switch powders altogether.

Shot a bunch of .308 today in my PSA LR-308 and my companion's nearly identical one as well as my M1A. Just over an inch five-shot groups for all three rifles made me smile really big, especially since they outshot the jacketed loads we used by more than 100%.

My first was a flackin' TRAIN WRECK! But ALL MY fault for hitching up with her. Long story. Second go 'round I SCORED - WAY above my pay grade!!!!!! Red-headed Irish chic with Am Indian in her. She is a firecracker! Came with 3 stepsons, we had 2 more. All five are the Five Musketeers! Thicker than damned thieves! And tonight was our 25th Anniversary! We were SUPPOSED to be in Tulum Mexico - but you know! Instead, we spent it together doing direct care at the group home she runs, then had a very late dinner at home. Not bad - over the fire beef tenderloin/bacon wrapped sea scallops and veggies. We used to spend them on the baseball field, many times apart. Least this one was together! It's all good! And as said (regards Ian), it could ALWAYS be worse! And keeping you in our prayers Ian!

Drained the last of the 20-pound pot into the six-banger 358-158 RNFN, leaving a pile of 258 bullets, and not one of them grew any fins. The mould is back in good health.

1st major relationship escaped by the skin of my teeth. I was 21 she was a Gorgeous 19 yo blonde .She had the ring and a date was set . I was under her total command. She had her hands constantly all over my amazingly massive bank account.
I got smart all of a sudden when things just were not jiving.
I believe she was slightly insane, but my lust for her blinded me of this.
Said goodbye and road my motor bike off into the sunset in the nick of time.
Ye , no. Actually did ride off into the sunset, then when I hit the ocean, headed south road my motorcycle around the county for 2+ years.
When I finally came back to Ohio, found out she had followed me to Florida but never found me. I had only stayed there 4 months then rode on.Then she married a rich retired snow bird, and stayed.

Stayed single till my mid 30's when I married my best friend about 20 years ago.
An Italian-Irish Red Head. She has a mean temper.
Really drives me crazy sometimes, but she and me are both too stubborn to give up on each other.
Love her even when I am hating her. I believe that is the same for her. She is the only one who really knows and understands me.We would be lost without each other.

Tore apart the flowerbed/ tomato garden on the south side of my shop (about 30' total) that I built 4 years ago out of treated 6x6 timbers, 4 high. Could tear them apart mostly by hand but bottom row is subsurface and still frozen in. Completely rotten. Salvaged all the lag screws and most spikes. Will tear the rest up when they thaw.
Built a corner trim piece from Oak for the wifes shop and stained it. Then built a rack to hold three of my outboards under the lean-to on the west end of my shop to get them out of the wifes shop. Then brought all the motors down and put them in their new home.
Took the snowplow off the 4-wheeler and checked air pressure in the tires. Moved some junk around the yards to their Spring locations. LOL
Made a steel bracket to retain my portable fish house on the wall of the shop off the floor.
Sized and lubed about 15 lbs of the 360-160-WFN Hp's I cast a couple days ago.
We are scheduled for a few warm days and the snow is getting pretty soft by the end of the day. Hills with southern exposure are brown. Lots of geese headed north and small rivers and fast creeks are opening up. The beaver aught to be on the move in the next couple weeks.

If my knee feels up to it, I plan on starting a garage cleanup process. First on the list is 13 partial buckets of alloy to deal with...maybe 400 lbs of COWW to smelt, and the remainder of Pure lead to find a final storage place for. Weather should be great this week for smelting.

I married my Julie on July 24th 1998. We have been through a lot. Raised two kids, saw them off, and now dealing a lot with her health issues. Graves, Rheumatoid arthritis, Thyroid eye disease, Hashimoto's disease, among other autoimmune disorders. It has been a bit rough over the last few years but we are holding strong. I couldn't imagine life without her. She is my life.
