284 Win and 6.5 Carcano brass

Bret4207

At the casting bench in the sky. RIP Bret.
Ran onto some long forgotten brass. I have 35 pieces of at least once fired 284 Win brass. It looks like most of the brass has a mark below the shoulder area that I think was probably a chamber issue. This resulted in what appears to me to be a line you can barely feel with a finger, I can feel no marking inside that would indicate a case separation starting. This brass would have been from my Dads estate and is probably once fired factory, but has been wet. It looks decent, but it's nothing I'd call minty. On further inspection the primers are silver, not gold/brass colored. I can't say if that means they were reloaded or factory. Perhaps someone knows if Winchester used silver primers in the 70's? It's in the tumbler being cleaned up now. Price is best offer plus shipping.

I also ran onto 19 pieces of Norma 6.5 Carcano brass, including 4 unfired factory rounds. I'll pull the bullets and deprime the live cases and include the bullets. Again, this has been wet but look decent. No green verdigris or anything. A little light pitting on a few. In the tumbler being polished up. Best offer plus shipping.

I'm also open to trades, depends on whatcha'got. Could use some 303 British or 45-70 brass, N frame square butt grips or the loan of a 32 S+W Long reamer. Also seeking a decent bored Marlin 94/1894 round barrel in 32-20 or 25-20, a Savage 99 25/35 barrel or a good octagon Marlin 1897 22lr barrel anyone might have for sale.
