Fiver,we had a "clean room" 10 or so years ago...setup as you've described.It was 40'? From a full on cabinet millshop.

Latest hillbilly efforts here is figuring out how to heat the spray rm (Winter) for free...well,will spend monies to build,just sayin no ongoing costs once in place.

Probably a heat exchanger piggy backed onto existing furnace?Solar too.

Keeps my brain out of the gutter(thinking about work).

Always done my casting outdoors, sometimes in garage with door open, if raining. Reloading room in the "walk-out" basement. Heated and cooled with Geothermal. Thirty yards, outside the door is the shooting bench to a one hundred yard sand berm.
