Another Mother Load

Ring the bell when Brad's at work and I bet Dawn will give you as much as you're willing to carry out.

Stop over and melt down the 7 buckets of range scrap and she will let you keep 50%.

Hell, I will let you keep 50%!

Mine too. MY range.

I don't think your neighbors would approve of my wood-fired bulk lead melter, but that's a generous offer!

7?..... calculating,,calculating.
that's 2 propane tanks i'd have to bring.

you leave a cooler with soda and water on the shady side of the house???

Only 13.5 hours drive. Each way.

Maybe stop by and pick up Walter so he can make a video?

Water? Bird bath is always full

Those would be the married ones who need a low cost self-reliant method to ease the pain.

And corn liquor does fills that need very well....

For what it's worth I really can't stand moonshine straight up. Just never got a taste for it. Now make it peach, cherry, apple pie, or Damson Berry (best ever) and I'm in. Just don't tell my cardiologist.
Never been in your part of the world, yet, but I have heard that Mountain Dew was developed for the folks that make their own liquor. I did see some 'dew in your pics...

So for my next magic trick I'll convert a trailer load of junk steel, 47 pounds of clean yellow brass, three and a half buckets of zinc/steel weights, and a snuff tub full of pennies & dimes into a 55 gallon drum full of wheelweights.

REALLY like this new found tire shop. Sorted until I got a full bucket of lead and the same ratio is holding as last week's 4 buckets did.

Non-lead left about a quarter bucket, lead clip-on middle full bucket, lead stick-on on the right. Darn good ratio compared to some other places I get them from.
