That should do 500 yards with no problems. It will be interesting to see if they hold 1 1/2-2moa at that distance.

:) second time out with cast bullets. Skipped straight to jacketed load data. Shoots 1.5 MOA. Artfulbullet mission accomplished.

Took me 25 years to get there.

I had a LOT of Good Help on here, Which Cut me a LOT of Corners! I am Thankful to EACH and EVERYONE of you Guy’s that have Helped me!

This Little 30 XCB is an AWESOME Bullet!! I have a Few friends that have Looked at Ordering a Mold, NONE Available :)

Yeah, some of us may never see groups like that at 2200 much less 2500. But, we're having fun getting there!

That’s good cast shooting for sure. That boolit will do a number on deer at that speed despite the small meplat.
I shot a medium size buck at 50 yds. at 2450 FPS. and completely deflated the lungs... looked like jacketed bullet internal damage.
Again, nice load and good shooting!

actually it's because of the small meplat that it works on game at the higher speeds.
a larger meplat over works if you crank the speed up.
