Anybody else have trouble with Teslong Borescope?

My Teslong Borescope quit connecting to the computer, the light at the lens end would light up, but the software wouldn't pick it up. Contacted Teslong customer service and through a series of emails they suggested I reload the app. Got that done and still nothing. I kept telling them that when plugging into the usb port I got no "honk", the computer never saw it as being there. Tried it on two computers with the same results. Finally I got an email stating that it was apparently broken, their warranty was 18 months and that ended 2 weeks ago. Their "fix" was simply, buy another one.

If no updates on the computer, try restarting with borescope plugged in? I use yawcam SW, choice of cameras.

One thing I would try, if you have it available to you, is plugging into a different computer or possibly a phone. See if either of those devices pick it up. If another computer does pick it up, you know it's an issue with your computer, possibly the driver
