This week I was in Boise, ID, for work. Sun through Wed AM. Talk about a really, really nice city. Just the "right" size, not too large like Dallas, but not tiny like Wylie, TX either (basically one or two stop signs):

I am sitting at ORD waiting to get home.
Flights to Maine were delayed and I got in after midnite, not my last flight home is delayed 90 min.

Dorothy was right, there is no place like home

I have run into real Basque sheep herders up in the Wind River Range over the years, running sheep through
the Wilderness Area.
Looks like a nice city, but like my visit to Minneapolis in late August. I commented that it was sure nice weather
to a few locals. They laughed and said, yeah, "we have had a long summer this year, three weeks."

And Brad, YEP. I used to do three and four week trips to the former soviet states, and I was very busy the whole time,
and interesting work, but BOY was I glad to get home after that. And even after our vacation trips, it is always
nice to be home.
