Can You Name This Mould?

A year or two ago, on 'the other site', I saw a post about a mould that was designed specifically for the oversized bores typical to the old original Model '73 Winchester 44-40s. Bullet had an oversized drive band forward of the crimp groove, allowing for bore seal without having case mouth OD to chamber ID interference.

Anybody have this mould or have recollection of who makes it?

Thanks in advance.

Neat, I have a .45 Colt that could benefit from that same kind of treatment.

Thanks very much Harold. You put me on the right track. That's almost the one. Think I'm going to buy the 43-200QL for its greater lube capacity.

That would probably be a good option, especially if you plan to shoot BP through your rifle. I have the 43-200Q ( the QL version did not exist yet when I ordered mine) and it shoots fine with BP in my revolvers. I don't think I have tried it in my 1873 Uberti Winchester. I normally use the 43-205C for my rifle. But now I have another someday project to add to the list.

While I do have a '73 trapper's model in 38-40 that I may opt to use black powder in. It's a parts gun and therefore has no collector value. In the '73 44-40 I use Unique loads and am pretty satisfied with their performance.
