Hornady Unique is all I have used for approaching 20 years.
Had a lube pad, threw it away I think? Used it with STP for a long time but got tired of sticky brass.

I'm a Unique kinda guy too. Used the RCBS lube pad for years but got pretty tired of he sticky. Used the tumbler to clean the brass but after awhile the corn media gets gooey.

And it takes a while to get the brass free from the cob. Almost like tumbling fly paper.

Just buy uninked stamp pads for lube pads . Their like $.50-1.00 each depending on how big they are . Seems like it takes a lot to get them wet .

If you hand wipe the sized brass with a piece of cloth before tumbling the lube off you will not contaminate your media so quickly.
I bought a 40# bag of lizard litter, AKA ground walnut shells, so I probably have enough for the rest of my life....dale

Yep, sure do just that, with the gooey stuff from the pad. Much less gooey to wipe off with the Unique though.

Agree.
My lube is messy.
I guess I am just old fashioned.
I go on the theory " If it aint broke, Dont fix it"
You know how some old guys get set in our ways.
I know I need to be more open to suggestions.

I also use the Unique when I need to size bullets when not lubing, just a tiny amount on the pads of your fingers while handling the bullet to put in the die is all it takes.
