The $15/lb "Mobil 1 synthetic" grease is garbage from what I've seen, think "consumer grade". Mystic JT-6 red high-temp grease is also pretty sorry grease, it's all my boss lets me stock at work and I've seen 10 years of repeat failures in everything from wheel bearings to equipment bushings. It does ok indoors if you replace it annually, but it leaks oil out of the tubes and will soap lock a track adjuster in just a few years. Expose it to even a little moisture and it's game over. The antimony-based, buttery Mystic is better for a lot of things but IMO there are lots better conventional lithium greases than many of the parts house synthetics or either of those offerings from Mystic. Don't get me wrong, Mobil makes some top-shelf stuff, just make sure that's what you're really choosing if top shelf is what you want.
