Cool thing my wife showed me

Pretty neat.

I have no connection to this, she just saw it in a local home show and bought one. It swivels around
really smoothly, too.

At the casting bench in the sky. RIP Bret.
I saw one of those years ago that sat down much closer and didn't have the "legs". Should have bought it!

I'm cheap..................just use the lid as a seat. Cut a cushion out of closed cell foam. Cushion stores inside bucket. Save thirty dollars for powder or primers.

The original version of that, or one like it with wood legs, came out in @ 1981. I bought one to dove hunt with. Top didn’t swivel, but it worked well on level ground. Wants to slide around when trying to get it level in soft bog. Looks like the new version has worked out some of the problems.

The advantage for certain operations over just sitting on the lid is access to the
inside. Picking beans, for example.

Here's what I bought, and it works great. Snap it in place after adding whatever as contents to the bucket and carry it to the shooting bench or your favorite hunting spot.

What I carry in the bucket is ammo which I put on the bench so basically I have a empty bucket.

I hauled all kinds of stuff in the hunting bucket.
dog leash and towell, Benadryl for the dog, ammo, flat sling, birds.
having a lid that snapped closed and one that raised the seat a little bit would have been handy.
the open sides would have been nice too for the days I was picking up hulls on the way back in.
