Saw a 1,000 rnd case of 9mm on Natchez for 199, free S&H, -AND- there is a 25% rebate...

But I got a couple 500 count boxes of 120 or so gr 9mm BB bullets on hand...

Squeeze my eyes shut, and repeat, there's no place like QuickLoad, theres no place like QuickLoad... Toto, we're not in Kansas antmore....

Holding out for a hero... er, January, 2018. Got to have fiscal discipline....

QL is way better than 1000 rounds of 9mm. QL will keep on giving for years to come, 1000 rounds of 9mm is expendable and easily replaced. With cast!

At large, whereabouts unknown.
I've taken to loading all my own blasting type ammo. Casting allows me to do so economically, but with far more efficient bullet designs.

A lot of folks will have a bigger take home after the tax bill cuts in, so maybe that will
help free up QL funds.

QL will entertain you for years and save you a lot of money if you work up a lot of different loads. It's really a tool for those who have already been doing a lot of experimenting and pay attention to burn curves and burn percentages. What it is NOT is a substitute for published starting loads, and it can get you into trouble really easily if you start to get too comfortable with it. However, if you want to know things like how much a little change in seating depth will affect pressure with all sorts of different powders, or how slow of a powder you can use at a given pressure or muzzle velocity and still get a clean burn, it's an excellent tool. Pair it with chronograph data and you can get a pretty good idea of what's going on inside your gun without actually measuring it with expensive, complex pressure trace equipment.

Thanks, Brad. I may need to take you up on that before I get my own.
