I bought a used RCBS Little Dandy at the beginning of the pandemic, RCBS was in lockdown and working from home. I wanted to buy a missing screw, the funnel adapters and a new plastic powder hopper. I told him I bought it used for a song but he still sent me everything I needed gratus. Was at my door within the week. First class service under trying circumstances.

Good! Even in the midst of the corporate mess they still came through.

Now, if only UPS would make good on the scope they lost out of the PSA box they crushed and tore open, then left leaning against my OPEN gate rather than walk it 150 feet to my porch.

Never going to happen! I ordered a coffee maker for my wife for Christmas; UPS said they delivered it but I was waiting the house to sneek it into the shop. Waited all day and they never drove down my street. When I complained they said it was marked delivered and that was that!

Of course the customer services are great in this hobby somebody could get shot if it wasn't .

I've only needed service a few times . RCBS gave me parts after an inquiry about a dies series , I didn't even need parts . I made an inquiry to Redding about a seating stem next thing I knew I had one in the mailbox and I was very specific about it being a used guns show set . Lee has been so weird I didn't bother for the 308 decapping pin , besides it needed to be .308 for my needs anyway . It was the pits of the last rush that I had a carbide insert failure , a radial crack , in a set of 380 dies . I didn't even try , a steel set of RCBS came up and that set went away with a full exaggerated disclosure .
Hornady was very responsive regarding a bullet not listed in my 20 yr old manual and mailed me page copies I needed . I don't know that they would service the press I have . It came in a Hornady box and it's always been Hornady Red but it was cast Pacific . I have 2 DL55s , I think 1 of them has the transition label on it. But I doubt their covered either .
