First warning = 5 points. Expires in 3 months.
Second warning = 10 points. Expires in 6 months.
3rd infraction prior to the 2nd warning expiring warrants a permanent ban by a consensus of at least 3 moderators.
Expired infractions can be used by moderators to determine character and history for sanctions against any member.
A third infraction and subsequent banning will be a consensus of at three moderators. In the advent that three moderators cannot be reached in a timely manor the final decision will be by asbcowner and available moderators.
