SpaceX launch out of Vandenberg

I just googled it, Brad is right. I've seen launches from Vandenberg before and it's usually just a bright western sky.

Son's friend took near identical pic and sent it to him about 20 minutes after the launch last night.

Yep, lots of folks were freaked out, saying "the aliens" were here....I thought that they
had been in Cali for years working as gardeners, roofers, etc.
