MP Molds Customer Service

I have really liked my MP molds, Miha does really good work. I recently bought a used
.44 cal Keith design HP two cavity mold. When it arrived it had three types of HP pins,
and that is great, plus the convenience of the included top punch, too. But, one of the
HP pins had a slider pin broke off in it. These are tiny threads, I think a 3mm - 0.6, a little
smaller than 1/8" and about 42 TPI in our measurement.

Since I was unsure whether I could get the stub out, I contacted MP molds via e-mail and
asked if the HP pins were available for sale, if I destroyed it. The holes have to be drilled REALLY
right, parallel or the slider pins will never slide properly, so I figured if I messed it up, I
couldn't likely retap to a US thread and get it to work.

They replied , "Yes, we'll send you some." I let it go for a few days. Finally, I use my mini mill
and a tiny center drill to start on it, and managed to drill it out successfully, and I was pleased.
Then I e-mailed MP back and asked if I could get one replacement slider pin and a couple of
the e-clips, assuming they are metric and are small so may be hard to source over here.

Well that was a week or two ago, heard nothing back. I got a "signature required" notice
from the Post Office, so went down to see what it was. AH, a package from Slovenia.

I opened it up.....and I think I am the new MP Molds pin replacement US rep.
I got 31 pins.:) I think that is well beyonde "good customer service", into
really amazing customer service.

If you need a new MP hp pin slider pin, I've got plenty for a while. For whatever it costs to mail it
you can have it. Save MP some money, it can't be cheap to mail the US from Slovenia.
I can probably mail you one for $1 or so.

I’ve had similar results with MP molds. His customer service is amazing in a great way. I have only good things to say about NOE and Arsenal molds also.
