New 9mm mold on the way

I have a new mold on the way. It is a MP 356-130 2R. It is a 8 cavity aluminum mold. This will be my first PC only mold. Hopefully it shoots well. And hopefully it cast well. I have not had much luck with some of the MP molds. I was wondering is anyone else has this mold and how it has worked for you? I can not find much info about it. I know they have ran it as a group buy a few times already so there has to be SOMEONE that has this.

I am going to use this in my AR9. I LOVE this thing. But I eat ammo so fast I can;t keep up with the gun! LOL!!!!

Interesting. MP molds that I have have all be absolutely outstanding, other than one with an
obvious manufacturing error, which was immediately replaced. Hope you have good luck.
Undersized bullets seems to be the big problem with 9mm.

The mold came in today. Cleaned it and casted about 20lbs of lead. I will say this mold is by far the easiest mold to cast with that I have ever had. It took a little bit of getting used to having 8 cavities for the timing of the pours. But other than that it is great. Going to PC some tonite.

My lead I am using is range scrap and WW 50/50 plus a little tin to help fillout. Going to water drop them out of the oven. Will size and load some tomorrow.

Hopefully they shoot as well or better than the LEE TC mold. I was shooting yesterday out to 200 yds and hitting a 12" rock almost every shot. I want to equal or do better with this one.

Yes they are voracious feeders. Quite a hoot to shoot. Glad that new mold is working.
