New member here. My thanks to the Admin. for accepting me as a member. My interest/quest is the development of accurate HiVel PPCB in factory rifles. I'm trying to advance the state-of-the-art of HiVel PPCB as started by the NRA in the 1970s. Had to "eat a lot of humble pie" along the way, but I appear to be making some progress and having a wonderful time doing it.

Best regards,

Charles

Welcome, Charles. That makes three HV paper patchers on the board (Andy is here too, but I haven't seen him post). Feel free to jump in and start a thread somewhere to tell us about some of your projects.

you might be surprised to find out I also use it to break in a rough barrel, or to polish out a tight spot when necessary.
titanium dioxide is rather abrasive stuff.
paper has it's own whole technological side and it has it's uses for other things besides printing targets on.

New on here quite recently and am enjoying the site immensely. Gonna take me awhile to read all the old posts but will stay at it. Looks very good so far.
