Ruger customer service

Looks like I'll get a first hand look at how well they treat customers. I FINALLY got around to boxing up and shipping back my Ruger American Ranch rifle in 300blk. Had a problem with light primer strikes. I heard it was an issue with some of these rifles. We'll see how long before its back in my hands. I have a new NOE 30 Hunter I hope to try out with subs in that gun. I'll keep you posted.

Bet they make it right. They have a pretty good reputation.

For sure. I just want to shoot the dang thing. I've had it for three months and I've put like 6 rounds through the thing!
It's killing me! Lol.

Sent a New Model Black Hawk to them. Got it back promptly . . . 9 months later.
