good video with details

One if the rarest Swiss rifles. This is an antique so it can ship directly to me to you unless you live in some crazy state that will not allow that. I will pay for shipping and insurance and the prefered method of payment I take is PayPal. Lately my bank has been holding all money orders for two weeks to clear so if you don't mind.

I will throw in a box of 20 2x fired 7.5 brass also and 20 reformed 284 win about 3x fired and spare set of dies (rcbs i think but not sure)

***if you know your straight pulls you will know what this is**

1889/96 modification of the 1889 rifle. of the original 127,000 production only about 1,200 of the 1889 were NOT converted to 1889 / 11 configuration. And of that 1,200 or so rifles I cannot imagine there are many left in this original condition. This is one of them that escaped "destruction" as a private citizens "P" serial number rifle. A rarity in itself. The gunsmith firm of Cas Weber of Zurich is marked on the receiver. They're also two brass plates one with the owner's name or I'm assuming it maybe was a presentation rifle .Everything is in wonderful condition and it shoots very well. The big change was the Locking lugs removed from the back of the bolt sleeve to the front. There are other minor changes but to the naked eye only the true expert can tell the difference. Location of the gas Escape hole is also at a different location on the M89 / 96.
