All I got to say is,the NICE lady at the polls went above and beyond (thanking her and the man upstairs),handling my MIL.

I'd sooner takin an a$$ whipping.

Oh,and before anyone mentions it..

Yes,she "applied" for a write in.She doesn't like it,so she sends it back...like it's a rebate or sumthin?Unopened, sends it back...like only a crazy lady can? Then gets bent at the polls when they tell her,she already voted.

That's the kinda dumbchit my wife throws me.If it wasn't my faith,I'd wring both of their necks, haha.

Semantics,haha.

Speaking a little out there,my HIGHLY educated wife actually admitted to a mistake this a.m.It seems, she didn't quite "get" the, very intended ambiguity, represented in one of our amendments. So,if a PHD can't understand what should've been a simple to understand ballot question....just sayin, rigged polling comes in many forms.

it would surely confuse the vote.
I wonder if they thought most would just go [shrug] sure=yes.

Conspiracy nonsense aside...

It was a dbl negative followed by 3-4 "ideas" or reasons....listed #1,#2,#3,etc.

Very poor writing skills that the Mrs. didn't pick up on (insert wife joke).I read 10 times more than she does, and a lot of it is dry'ish engineering blabber. She reads pyscho babble stuff.....if you've read one, you've read them all.Barnes N Noble "stuff".As such she skims over everything?

For instance, you and Ian really laid the smack down on the thread about pin holes. Some people have a hard time following....but folks on this site probably got it straight away.I did,and found it written well. But it ain't something that you could speed read....there's a pace to it.

yeah.
I'd wager she skims through quickly then hones in on stuff that starts needing focus.
if it doesn't work for her then she keeps backing up trying to put things together.
and finally reads the whole thing if necessary.
it's a useful tactic because you end up reading the most important part 3 times and just putting the pieces together around it.
if you can't figure out what they are saying after going through something like that, they just are not getting their point across in a cohesive manner.
