What is your weather today?

3" today, 2 1/2" Sat nite with heavy sprinkles between. Going on like this for couple weeks. Suspect it's a bad time to go anywhere in the hill country due to low spot flooding.

The last 3-5 days have been pretty nice here, overcast mornings burning off between 10 A.M. and noon and warming into mid-70s to low 80s. We will enjoy that for a few more days, then on Monday (6/14) it is supposed to hit 100*+ and stay like that through at least Friday. Temps are supposed to be 110*+ in the low desert, so that will drive the last of the snowbirds and frostbacks out of the Coachella Valley. Marie and I DGAF about heat, once that sets on the traffic volume gets cut in half until November, and getting a seat at the restaurants we enjoy there becomes possible. Sherman's Deli is in our near future.

Looks like mostly cloudy, mid 60's till this weekend, then mostly sunny mid 70's (finally) afterwards. Nice summer so far.

Just to be clear I'd take actually 101 in the desert at 4000' over this little bundle of joy about 101 days straight .

We have some pretty serious weather right now and for the last 30 minutes. Severe thunder storm warning. We're getting 50 MPH gusts. Sky is lit up more than it's dark. Continuous thunder.
I've been wanting a 1/2" or so of rain to activate and spread the pesticide granules I broadcast approx. 4 days ago. I think this is gonna do it.

Downright serious weather, my patio furniture just left for the neighbors. :sigh:

This most likely isn't the rain you need for your pesticide. If it's raining at your place like it is here your pesticide has now washed away.

Another nice day here today, about 87* and little humidity. Temps will build higher over the weekend, and we will BAKE all of next week. Oh well.

The next eight days are scheduled to be clear and in the mid to high 70s. Can't recall a non-gloomy June. Maybe Greta's on to something.

Rain wasn't falling down so much as it was falling horizontal from north to south. Even windows on north side of house above walkout basement are wet. Those windows are on the inboard side of a 10 foot wide covered deck.
