Beautiful, about 75degrees. Fleecy scattered clouds, a typical early fall day in SoCal.
Cool at night, about 57-60degrees.

Its been drizzly glum since Sunday. Hoping today is sun. Its what was forecast yesterday... Wife wants outside! She is has been stuck inside in wheel chair for a week & almost two months since able ta be in her back yard.

Hoping for a meal on the deck again here before it gets cold again.

It says full sun & 62° by 11:00 we will see. Not easy for me ta get her out there so want to be able to enjoy a hour or more.

9 degrees this morning, first time in the single digits. 18* by 3:00. Predicted to keep dropping couple degrees per day for the next week until it single digits for a daytime high and single digit below zero temperatures at night. Looks like winter is here. But no snow predicted anyway.

We are having at least the third iteration of Indian Summer. Clear skies, frost at dawn, highs in the upper 50's to low 60's, forecasted to stay that way for a week.

Cloudy with showers forecasted for today & tomorrow. Highs in the lower 60's. Next week, in the mid 70's. Was 54* when I went out to sit in the woods for 2 1/2 hours. Only thing moving was squirrels. Rain is just south of me but I stayed dry.

Overcast and 37° this morning. Looks to be another great weather day for fishing, wasted on a weekend. I just cannot tolerate going out on a weekend. Apparently the last few people still with jobs decide to go fishing where I want to go on weekends. Bad enough during the week, there are never any days anymore where you are alone out there. And when word gets out of a good bite people flock there in droves.

Sam Spade and Sherlock Holmes would feel right at home, what with this morning's dense and bone chilling fog. There were some places, on my Sunday morning retirement side-job route, that visibility was reduced to less than 50 yards. Still, it didn't slow some drivers down.

Not exactly here/where I live (N AL). But... Weekend trip to NW GA this weekend (to see GD for first time!). Weather was perfect Fall, and the "colors" were awesome! Drive back today was drizzly/some fog/kinda Halloween/Fall eerie/great colors. Awesome weekend!

Glad it was good for you! Am always amazed at folks who consider a 200 mile trip an adventure, since I go 85 miles for coffee with my friends. Good for colors, too. We have pale green summer, and brown winter.

Back about 4-5 yr ago we went 90 miles one way to do the bi-weekly shopping and have dinner ....... It was 140 before the brothel bought and paid for bypass road opened up.

Here the 115 round trip for a specialist, glasses or the 6 week reload meat binge feels like we drove 3 times that far and had to be home for an appointment on the other end .

Mineral and Churchill counties have twice since 1974 had brothels on the ballot and both times the measures were soundly defeated in favor of keeping them . The last one in Churchill county was something like 4860 to 210 .

Lived most of my life in one or the other . That big lake with the road on the cliffs was my front yard more or less for 20 years.

Rained yesterday. Weatherundergourd said .07" at the airport, but what the rain frog collected was unmeasurable. Wasn't a lot, but it was wet and the plants are happy. Cool, man.
