I was, after firing off a round, I developed the bad habit of lowering the barrel down to the front edge of the bench. I know from personal experience that accuracy improved when Bullseye was back against the primer. Rather then against the bullet base or even in the hollow base of swaged wadcutters.
Back 30-50+ yrs ago I was good enough to tell the difference. So was My K38 or Dad's Colt OP Match Target. And it was 2.8 grs of Bullseye.
