My recent order from Eastwood showed up today, and the box was a little dented and some powder was spilling out. So I gave a quick call to Eastwood before I opened to see if I needed to take back to Post Office. Their Customer Service was exceptional, the nice lady had me open with her on the phone, and identify which powders were affected, and quickly setup for a replacement to be shipped to me. Looking forward to trying out these new colors soon: High Gloss Jet Black, Bright Signal Red, Aqua Blue and Light Violet.

I had delt with them for years on auto body and paint supplies. Now with powder coat.
I have had nothing but good experience from Eastwood.

They're expensive but you get what you pay for in every way.

Eastwood was actually running a sale on most of the powders I purchased, and they offered a discount code that covered shipping. Think it was about $48 with tax for the 3.5# I purchased.
