Yesterday morning's head, and head and neck CT scans proved that I have a brain and it's in the correct place, after all, and that they function and look exactly as they should. However, the doc can't explain why I get the super intense, come on instantly, hang round for almost exactly one minute, then disappear just as instantly, two, three, or four times and hour "thunderclap" headaches. There are no other associated symptoms or side effects, just a one minute debilitating headache.
Image an ice cream/very cold drink brain freeze, then multiply it by a factor of ten.
The doc prescribed Sumatriptan and will see if it helps.
Man, they hurt!!
