432 will most likely work just fine.
Lever gun just says RNFP, but I have no guess at how much lead to poke out the front of the case.
I'd say 300 grs is more than enough, and if more is needed a 45 is probably a better choice.
Marlin 444 rifles have damn near no freebore. The RD style bullets are good. I like .432 for sizing.
A SWC will not chamber unless crimped over the front band.

All depends on how fast that nose tapers. If all else fails a little deeper seating might be required.
I would look at nose ahead of crimp too, don’t want loaded rounds that won’t chamber easily or eject.
Gents, looked over my sizers... looks like i have a .430 lee, and have to look over the rcbs/lyman sizers, but i suspect its a .430 or 429. Midway shows a 431 as the largest available. How difficult is it to polish up 0.001"? 600 w/d paper? with a split rod?
I was gifted a 14" Contender barrel that was rechambered from 44 Mag to 444.
It has a very short throat.
While at Pac-Nor, I asked Casey if I could take a look at their 444 reamer to see how it compared to my barrel.
Their reamer was made to cut a short throat as well.
It is a real hand full when fired with factory 265 gr loads.
Even worse with heavy 320 gr cast loads...dale
