I decided to see how well BLL would work in my CZ75B in 9 mm.
Bullets were cast from range scrap and air cooled. After a coating in BLL they were sized to .3568. I had been sizing to .359 but think the slight leading I get in the beginning of the barrel is due to an over size bullet. I went a bit smaller than I expect best results with because it is far easier to remove more metal than it is to put some back!
Load is a Lee 120 TC with standard groove, BLL, and 4 gr of HP38.
The load shot well but I had a few keyholes and some signs of bullet skid. Leading was prominent but only in the grooves and mostly in the middle of the barrel.
I want to lap the sized out a bit larger, maybe .3575 and rerun another 200 rounds.
The gun was amazingly clean after 200 rounds fired in about 30 minutes. I wanted to see how well BLL stands up to a hot gun and it didn't flinch.
