A little shooting video

My brother has been playing around with some new video editing software. We want to start making some long range shooting videos to put on YouTube.
He is just starting to play around with the software. This is his first video he put together. He added a bit of footage from my drone I flew around the clear cut.

He just put together a new Savage 12FV in 6.5CM That has a Boyd's stock, SWFA 16X optic in Mil/Mil
Hornady 147gr ELD match bullets over IMR 4451 in Starline brass with CCI small rifle magnum primers.

Sub half MOA 5 shot groups at 100 yards. This is a 12x12 inch plate at 500 yards.

That is very well done. I love the crest at the beginning too.

The western style music in the background is my brothers friends band called Federale.
They live in Portland and are quit successful. They were very, very close to getting their song picked for the soundtrack for the Quinton Tarantino movie Django.

My videos are hanging their collective heads in shame. Sigh....

Practice Brad.......Practice! I’ve been thinking of getting a GoPro myself. Fishing videos would be cool. I just keep buying guns and bullet molds and brass and primers.....................

I have a nice Sony video camera too. It is what I used on the last two lathe videos. Much better video than the GoPro but not as durable. It also just won't go places the GoPro will go.

Mine is a CX350. With a tripod it does well looking over the back splash on the lathe.
