I got a nice young one the other day and totally considered it.
until I remembered I would be the one doing the shooting, skinning, cleaning, butchering, cooking and eating.
so I stopped for a corn dog at the quick stop and saved myself all that time.

I make Squirrel & Dumplings from time to time, but it's a lot of work. The most time-effective squirrel meal is peel the hide off, gut them, soak in Dale's marinade for 20-30 minutes, and roast them on the grill.
