yep. back when it was more likely to hear take that dirty stuff out of here so I don't have to dump it in the dumpster.
or, you got a bucket to swap? if you got a bucket take mine and replace it.
which worked out good because then I could put a bucket with my name and phone number on it and continue the routine every 5-6 weeks with no questions asked by the guy doing the tires.
then when I turned the 55 gallon drums full of steel clips in, I'd swap payment for whatever I could find in the lead bucket at the recyclers.
I still get a little excited when I hear of a stash of lead somewhere, even though I haven't even bothered melting down the stuff I have sitting out back yet.
I probably don't need to between that, what's already cast, and the ingots sitting under the bench, but I'm gonna follow up a lead in a month or so after the snow melts enough to go look at a barn find my buddy made.
