I was looking on Ebay last night for 308 bump dies. Normally I believe if the price of an item is too good to believe. Some thing is wrong. This guy has a couple RCBS new old stock Gold dies (just the sizing die) that takes the sizing ring to size the case neck to what you need. The 2 die set lists for something like 160ish on the RCBS site. He is asking 30$ shipped just for the sizer.
I sent him a message and he said that yes they are RCBS but he had no sizing rings.. I am wondering if I should take a chance that the die is actually an RCBS and not a knockoff.

Before you pull the trigger, check to see if anyone has the sizer rings for sale and in stock!!!!!!!

The other thing is RCBS doesn't make a shoulder-bump die, only FL, FL bushing neck size, and bushing neck size only. If you want a neck-size shoulder bump die, you have to buy Redding.

I buy on eBay allot. Knock wood, In 22 years been burned bad once. Been attempted to be scammed a couple times as (some people Just suk) but worse for probably last ten is just slow shippers and poor package handling.
Buying on a card has its benefits when the seller wont do whats right. Only needed resort to this very few times.
As mentioned just look seller over before committing there are good honest folks selling there. Im still 100% satisfaction and been a member 22years this coming June. Buying/Selling thousands of items.
