GI Bore Cleaner & corrosive ammo

I have quite a lot of corrosive ammo for my milsurp rifles.
I have a number of cans of GI bore cleaner marked Spec RIXS-205 and RIXS-205 Rev1.
Was this cleaner designed to clean guns after using corrosive ammo.
Does the PO number indicate the year of manufacture.
I know the bore cleaner issued during WWII was for corrosive ammo and if I could determine when it was manufactured that would be a clue.

Military Bore Cleaner

Just a quick question about this bore cleaner I just picked up. Any good for corrosive ammo? Anyone have any input on this is appreciated. 70594

Clean it with water first then regular cleaning afterwards

1,2-Propanediol 4-6%

2-Aminoethanol 2-5%

9-Octadecanoic Acid 9-11%

These 3 additive will make a nice alkali mix and it there is water in the product should netralize and
desolve any mercuric salts
