Initial impressions of Starline .414 Supermag brass

Finally got around to assembling the perfect beast...

Anyways, I was up early, so I started to prepare 50 rounds of .414 Supermag brass from Starline.

Flash holes are pretty good, a few needed a firm grip on the K&M tool hex handle. In some R-P and W-W cases in the past, I've had to start the tip slightly in order to get enough of a start to get through the burr. No need for heroic measures with the Starline brass.

Length - 1.600 / 1.602

Primer pocket - large, .1295 - 1.300 deep (large rifle depth)

Now this is for a Super 16 barrel and I'm OK with uniforming for a Large Rifle primer.

I've used a bunch of Starline brass including 414, I have nothing but praise for them.

I prefer it over the other guy's.
it does have a little less case capacity in the calibers I have compared directly to the other three.
but they were different from each other too.
