My friend Dave had a giant mastiff with that same attitude.

Some dogs are more efficient

Being more of a cat person has it's draw backs. My sister won't let me look after her dogs after I mentioned once when I was over at her place that she may need to take one of them to the vet, it is rather hairy/shaggy/yappy/etc and I told her that it might have pink eye.
She pointed out that I was looking at the wrong end.
