I sent my Brittany Spaniel outside with a [so called] Gingersnap cookie. I went to check on her a few minutes later, and she was laying on her carpeting with the cookie laying on the ground next to her.

She was looking towards the back.

The only thing missing from this picture of total tranquility was a mug of coffee. Some challenges, Brittanies don't have thumbs. But why can't Brittanies have a good cuppa joe in the morning?

My father, now deceased, said all they fed their dog was stale bread soaked in coffee. That coffee sat on the old coal stove, all day.

She's not too bad at over 9 years old but when she was a puppy she had two modes. 1> Sound asleep. 2> Bouncing off the walls. No in-between.
