A gentleman in California was to send me a Cadet barrel that was rebored and chambered .357Mag, along with a Cadet buttstock. Didn't really need the wood, tho it is purty. Stock made the trip, barrel went out the end of the box. Came in 2 days just as paid for. You can't get a human being on the phone at USPS, just automated menus. However, I discovered yesterday that if you sign on at the USPS website, there is a way to start a search for lost mail, pretty detailed, even down to gun barrels, stocks, triggers, etc. Some restrictions of fed law do apply. Put my info in the system, now sit back and wait. It "could" happen. Sure hope so, it was for a project for one of my grandsons. GW
