This one arrived this morning.
The mould cast some very nice bullets.
The " numbers " look good on the nose and drive bands,
my aluminum .015 " thick gas checks fit tight.
I've lubed and sized my first 50 or 60 at .310"

Sized .310", lubed and rolled in BLL.
These are sitting on wax paper to dry overynight.

Is this a candidate for the 30/30?

I've neither shot one that heavy nor pointy in mine, but it's a single-shot and I think it would be a neat combination.

Yes, my Ruger # 1 Stainless , 30-30 would be a good candidate for this one. No tubular magazine to contend with. I also have several 06' and 308 Win. rifles to try this bullet in.
