Just remember, those big radii on toobits ground for plastic also causes the part being turned, to push away from the bit.
I do prefer turning brass to aluminum. beautiful finish and less tendency to produce long stringy chips (horse killers). Another thing I like to do to brass is engine turning.
I like A9 or kerosene or combination of those two for cutting fluid for aluminum and brass.
