Nice Service From Walther

Was cleaning my PPS recently and to my amazement, I noticed a crack developing in the grip, right below where the slide rail is attached. Called their tech support and they told me I could send it in myself, but if I wasn't home to receive it when it came back to me, that FedEx would send it back to Walther. So, I opted to let my FFL send it for me. Walther provided him with the box, addressed and freight prepaid. They replaced the grip, and sent it back, no muss, no fuss. In these days of companies seeming to work hard to not stand behind their products, I didn't know what to expect: accusations of shooting a steady diet of +P, warranty void if shooting cast, etc. The end result was a new grip and freight both ways no charge, no questions asked. It was nice to deal with a manufacturer who didn't quibble.

Yes. I've been on the fence about how much I actually like this gun. I like it a bit better now.
