You fellows rightfully mention that top punches on Lyman lube/sizers are often misaligned. That has also been my experience. However, I have solved that little problem. Whether using a Lyman or RCBS lube/sizer, I find that leaving the top punch "floating" (do NOT tighten down the set screw) works better. Of course, if you don't take steps to secure the top punch it will just fall out on the bench. Put some heavy grease around the portion of the top punch that is inserted in the sizer. The grease will hold it there but allow it to self center when used. Works quite well!
