Small pistol primers

With every "good" deal I found on line, so far. By the time I get to checkout, I end up paying 8 cents a primer. With shipping, hazmat, and all.
So I would just assume give the local small time guy an average of 8.5 cents a primer after tax.

Well with my last two large purchases which averaged about $7.25 a hundred
out the door.Which I bought locally.
I finaly got my goal of a thousand primers of each type.
Accept for Cheddite 209's, which I just can not seam to get in stock.

Now just been replacing, as I use,at the local gun shop.
A pack at a time. Sometimes $10 per 100 sometimes $7. My local guy only makes 75 cents a pack. So I have no issues paying what he must charge. Keeping at 1000 of each primer till things get better.
If anyone spots cheddite 209's in stock that will not cost me my first borne, let me know.

Here you to, Emmett:
Not bad, comes out to $8 50 per 100 after shipping and hazmat. Think I will order a thousand to get my stock up.
Wish I had $320 right now. Comes out to $7.25 per 100 if you buy five Thousand.

Got 6,000 from from them. Good price nowadays and they work. I have used Mexico, Russia and now Argentina and work as well as any of the American made one's.

Target from the Argentina primers. 50 rounds so they work :)

Purchased 5K Tula's during the last primer shortage, years ago. Averaged, 1-2 FTF/ 100 rounds, in my 38 Special snubbie practice loads. Little less of an issue in semiautomatic 9mm practice loads. Couldn't wait to use them up fast enough. For the last 50 years, my go to primers are CCI. Never experienced FTF's, even with their harder cups.

I'm into my last brick of Tulammo AR primers, haven't found a dud yet in ARs with normal hammers and springs. They sure smell terrible when live, though.

My Tula primers all have gone bang. I am thru my 10K SPP and only have 5 K of the LPP left.
I had one with some residue on the cup that got tossed but all others were good.

I would buy more

Was going to order some, but they demand a phone number. NOPE! Don't need those primers bad enough to give them my phone number so they can turn around and sell it 40 & 11 marketing companies.

I've not had any issues giving the phone number to "known" reputable firearms retailers. If you don't know them it makes sense but then if I don't know them, I'm not ordering anyway.
