True Cost of Gun Ownership

While driving around this week doing some X mas shopping it occurred to me what the real cost of gun ownership was...what with coverlets for the bed ,cooking utensils, new counter tops, Coach bags and wallets etc..it's a lot more than just the over the counter price of a firearm....

But it's a price I gladly pay,,,,,Mery Christmas every one....Dan S.

This year I just couldn't afford what she wanted. She kept telling me she wanted a hippopotamus for Christmas. Ever price one?

Forget the price of the critter, price what it would cost to feed the thing. Besides they are so difficult to house break.

A couple of years ago my step daughter said she wanted one of those. She said that because I asked what she wanted and that was her way of saying she wanted nothing. During the following year I came across a two foot high plastic Hippo in a surplus store SO---the following Christmas she got her wish! We often laugh over that now and she is much more careful what she asks for.
