Every time I purchased from Norma Shooting, free shipping was for anything over $149, whether it be primers or 22LR ammunition.

My last order of 2000, priced $49 per 1000, included free shipping and Haz-Mat.

It has always been 2000 or more for free shipping. Just don't tell them. When shipping pops up check the free shipping. Done it several times already

My thinking is tomorrow morning should show us alot. Prices generally take a "new year jump" 1 February.

be advised the inside 100 round boxes are NOT tapped shut and will bulge dropping primers all over
Yep, beware!

I forgot to mention this peculiar problem in any of my previous Servicios Adventuras posts. The primers are pretty loose, in their individual compartments, and are very prone to turning sideways or coming completely out of their compartments.

I think the problem is due to the individual boxes being packaged on end instead of laying flat, so I re-boxed them in the more logical configuration, otherwise the label is oriented up instead of on the end.

Primers arrived today.
At first glance inside the sleeves at the primers themselves, I thought, "Hey there isn't any primer compound."
usually you can see a color like red or yellow or ...
It looks like metal.
Then I looked at the packaging cover of the sleeve, they have 2 or 3 enlarged images of the primer. One image is a cutaway. There looks to be a layer (metal foil?) over the primer compound and under the anvil.

Well that is good news ! I figured 1 Feb and the price was going up 30%+.... Why maybe it will reverse and drop some.

I think once the ones they have on hand are gone they will increase. I really thought when they changed the website it was going to increase.

I have heard pretty good things about them Jim. I personally haven’t had a chance to shoot any yet.

Thanks,
My shooting buddy is desperate for primers at this time but he is very reluctant to make a purchase !
He is a strictly devout "Remington Primer " man! I told him that they are as rare as hen's teeth and he is interested, but not sold.
