I have the noe 266469 on and cast of range scrap at .270 it shoots decent at 60 yards from my '96.groups at 1" are common and good nuff for plinking.
I have been shooting the various Loverin 30 cal designs for many years. They were really modern versions of the old Pope multi-band bullets scaled down. When I tried sizing down the top two bands to lightly engrave the lands and ride the bore, these things would really shoot and could be seated out to not have their feet in the fire. This is the way I designed 311407 Modified and I still shoot lots and lots of them.
Charles most of the early "proper" loverin bullet molds i own have the first two bands smaller.the later versions are cylindrical and don't generally shoot as well
Well Ben
Somewhere over the years I was gifted a nice 467! One cavity HP'd ( Wink Wink!)
Both the solid and HP are excellent shooters in my Savage 340! The HP does have the accuracy edge!
I even made some more deeper pins for it!
