that's a gas check shank?
I'd probably make band 2 and band 3 a drive band so it could be lubed even with the TL point in the middle.
then take some of that back band off for a better shank length.
that would still move the COG back just a smidge to the front of the crimp groove.
dropping the diameter to 309 as poured from ww alloy would also help since 309 is usually plenty when shot naked.
that's probably the best compromise I could come up with when shown that bullet and asked to make it work multiple ways.
I'd want to mess with that front section some too just to bring the weight down a bit and move a bit more bullet up into the neck and out of the case.
