For those not aware , Sage senior passed away , his son and wife are trying to keep up but he ran all the machines , Mrs Sage was book keeping and Sage jr was pack and shipping .
As I understand it Wes had a lot of "and when the 32/8mm makes a tickaity-tick instead of tickity-tack you oil the 3rd righthand collation ejector but about 1 in 3 it's a counter hum from running the 30 and 7mm machines at the same time" running adjustments in the shop .
Jr said they would make a best effort to continue as much as they could but he felt like he just didn't communicate well with the machines . Of course that was only a week or 2 after Sage Sr passed last spring so I imagine there was a lot of other stuff going on taking priority over learning tickity dialects and making up for Sr starting machines at 4am because his weather predictors woke him up .
