I always get a Z-pack for sinus infection, which I get about every 3-5 years. Just got over one
about a week ago.

Right after my last kidney stone, I read an article that suggested that one of or some of the bacteria in your gut reduce or prevent the binding of oxalates (oxalic acid) to calcium, thereby reducing the formation of kidney stones.
