I've yet to find anything that didn't shoot well in this one.
A great rifle.

Are all like this .......? ? I doubt it, but this is a good one.
I believe I'll keep it !

I see no reason why the 358156 plain base wouldn't work quite well in the 92. I shoot a plain base MP 359640 HP in my Marlin 1984C with a max charge of WC820 and it shoots better than anything else in that rifle.
The lever action pistol cartridge guns are one of those cases where a GC just isn't required for most situations.

The above is a Brass Accurate mould that I own. The bullet that you see on the far right is a 130 gr. It cast at about .3595". I size and load it at .358 ". The meplat on the end causes me to feel safer when I'm cycling rounds from the tubular mag.

It runs through this Model 92 like water running through screen wire.

As time goes on, I become less and less enamored with the supposed capability enhancements offered by the gas check. This goes double in handguns.

I do have some #358429s loaded atop 14.0 grains of 2400 for the Ruger. We will see if I create a lead mining operation with this combination--grooves are right at .357", throats a few tenths over that, and sizing is a confirmed .358". Alloy is 92/6/2, lube is CR. Need to get A Round Tuit, and dispense with these square and hexagonal distractions.
